  • Are Your Bags Sustainable?

    We work to make every step in the design, production and shipping process as conscious as we can. We prefer the term "Slow Fashion" over "Sustainable Fashion" because sustainability means different things to different people, but you can read more about how we try to create products responsibly here.

  • Where Are Your Bags Made?

    Our bags are made in the U.S.A.

  • Do You Offer Discounts?

    We are a small, new company and are not able to offer discounts right now. We try to keep our prices as accessible as possible, but you can join our email list to learn if we offer any sales in the future.

  • Do You Offer Gift Cards?

    We do! You can find gift cards on our product page. Our gift cards are digital, but if you need a physical gift card feel free to email us at hi@afterall.design.

    Please Note: Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.

  • What are Pre-Orders

    We are currently offering pre-orders to ship around the second week of January. When you pre-order your card will be charged, but you may cancel the order up until the bag ships. Pre-orders help small brands order materials in appropriate quantities and reduce waste, especially as we have just launched!

  • When We My Order Ship?

    If you order by January 1st, your order should ship out by the second week of January, but given shipping and production delays we are unable to give an exact date.

  • What If I Want to Give This as a Gift?

    If you place a pre-order, we can send a card explaining your pre-order in a deadstock fabric gift pouch that you can give as a gift. If you have any questions just email us at hi@afterall.design

  • How Will I know My Order is Confirmed?

    You should receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you don't get one check your spam folder. If you still can't find it email hi@afterall.design for help.

  • Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

    Once your order is confirmed we are usually unable to edit it. If it is within 24 hours of placing your order, email hi@afterall.design and we can try our best to cancel or edit your order, but we can not make any guarantees that we will be able to.

  • Where Do You Ship?

    Right now we only ship to the U.S.A. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

  • How Long Does Shipping Take?

    Because many of our pieces are made to order, it can take up to a week for us to ship your bag after you order. Once it ships you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. Due to COVID, everyone is experiencing shipping delays, so please be patient as we work to get you your items as fast as we can.

  • How Much is Shipping?

    We offer $5 flat shipping on all of our orders

  • My Package Says Delivered, but It's not Here

    If your package is marked delivered, please wait an additional 48 hours for it to show up. Usually the package will show up within this grace period. If it has been longer then 48 hours and your package has still not arrived, email us at hi@afterall.design

  • Do You Offer Expedited or Express Shipping?

    We are unable to offer express or expedited shipping at this time.

  • What is Your Return Policy?

    We accept unused returns in the original packaging within 30 days of your order shipping. To make a return email hi@afterall.design and we will start the process.

    We reserve the right to refuse a return request if the product has been used or damaged after you receive it.

  • Do You Offer Exchanges?

    We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, you will need to email hi@afterall.design start a return and then order your new product separately.

  • How Long Will My Refund Take?

    We are only able to refund the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your bank to process your return.

How Do I Care for My Bag?

For the Last Tote, Grocery Bag and Everything pouch we recommend washing in cold water with a mild detergent and hang drying. Because the products are naturally dyed, hand washing is best, but a delicate cycle on cold should work as well. The Everything Pouch contains recycled polyester, so please wash inside of a guppyfriend or other mircroplastic catching bag.

For the 24.7 bag we recommend that you store your 24.7 stuffed with tissue in the dust bag when not in use. The inside recycled nylon can be wiped clean and the cotton and hemp can be spot treated as well.
